Resetting a users password

This article will give you step by step instructions on how to reset a users password.

Any company admin can reset the password for a user. Select Settings and then Users. 

On the company user list page you will see three dots to the right of each user. Select the three dots to bring up your menu options for the user. Select Reset password. The system will send an email to the email address associated with the user. Once the user follows the steps in the email, their password will be reset.
