Great news for CareerArc users managing multiple accounts—you’re going to love this update.
It’s now possible to seamlessly manage multiple divisions under one organization directly from the main
navigation. Simply click the company name (above "Home") and switch between divisions with ease.
What are Divisions?
Divisions are totally separate accounts of CareerArc under one contract and with the option for designated users to jump between the dashboards.
Who is this designed for?
Agencies or companies working across different languages, organizations with separate TA teams, or brands that don’t need to share profiles or assets can benefit from this new functionality.

The screenshot below shows an expanded view of this update; the company is selected, prompting the three divisions to choose from to the right.
Previously, accessing different accounts required separate logins and email addresses. Now, users can manage all their divisions with a single, agency-wide email address for streamlined efficiency.
Managing multiple divisions just became a whole lot simpler.
