Universal invite link & guided onboarding
You’ve always been able to invite ambassadors to connect, but now you can do it in bulk using a single universal link instead of one-by-one data entry. Just send the link out to your team, and they’ll walk themselves through a smooth, branded onboarding experience:

- Account and profile setup
- Group assignment
- Personalized dashboard with their campaigns and schedule

Ambassador visibility
Ambassadors now get a clear view into what they’re a part of and when they’re posting. No more guesswork, back-and-forth emails, or “am I live yet?”
Instead, they get a dedicated profile page showing:
- Connection status
- Which campaigns and groups they’re part of
- Their upcoming post schedule
- Ability to reauthorize their connections or pause their profile

Profile groups & bulk scheduling
We’ve turbocharged the process of adding schedules to your campaigns. You can now organize ambassadors into profile groups however you want (by region, department, role – your call), and schedule the entire group to any campaign, all at once:
- Create and manage profile groups in the Profiles section
- Add a profile group to a campaign
- Choose a cadence: 3x/week, 1x/week, or every other week
- Set posting windows by day and time
CareerArc automatically staggers posts across the group so content rolls out in a natural, non-repetitive way.
BONUS FEATURE: Shuffle post order toggle for campaign flexibility
Previously, Employer Brand campaigns published standard posts in the order they were created. Now, you can opt to shuffle the post order. This means ambassadors post content in different sequences to one another, helping your brand presence feel more varied, less scripted, and more human.
