Brand Ambassadors step by step guide to authorizing your social profile

Connecting your social profile to CareerArc allows us to automatically post jobs to that page on your behalf and is an integral part of our automated distribution service.

Privacy: CareerArc never has access to any of your private information, passwords, or messages across your social profiles. Authorizing a social profile only gives CareerArc the ability to post campaigns on your behalf. Social profiles can always be deactivated by the user.

Step 1: Login to your account

Logging into your CareerArc account is needed in order to authorize your social profile with CareerArc.

  1. Go to https://app.careerarc.com/users/sign_in and enter the email address and password you set when creating your account. Note: the email address used to create your account is likely your work email address.
  2. If you can’t remember your password and need to reset it, click the “Forgot Password?” link from the login page, or go to https://app.careerarc.com/users/password/new
    • Enter your email address and click the Reset My Password button.
    • If the email address you entered doesn’t exist in our system, you’ll get an error message letting you know.
  3. You’ll receive an email containing a link to reset your password.  Click the link in the email or copy and paste the link into your browser.
  4. Create your new password, enter it into both of the fields shown below then click Save My New Password.
