This article will walk you through the steps to editing an existing jobs campaign.

To edit a jobs campaign select Campaigns > Jobs: 

This will take you to the campaign list page for all the job campaigns in your account.

From here you can select the name of your campaign, and it will open the right side panel with all your campaign details and editing options under the Summary tab:

  • Name: simply select the name of the campaign to change the name.
  • Description: add a description for the campaign to help provide some context to your team.
  • Pause this campaign/Go Live: toggle your campaign to be live or paused. Paused campaigns will stop sending job posts based on the campaign details.
  • Jobs: by default this is set to include All jobs. If you need to narrow down the selection of jobs, choose Manage jobs and add the the different job tags to define the specific jobs to be included in the campaign. You can also manage the brands associated with the campaign here too. 
  • Schedules: This will open up the schedule list page where you can add and edit the existing schedule on the page. A schedule is a connected social profile with specific times selected for posting the content connected to this job campaign. Select Manage schedules to view the profiles added to the campaign.

Assets

Select the Assets option to view the assets that are associated with this job campaign.

Within the assets section you can do the following:

View Post examples

The post examples page provides a preview of your possible posts and even allows you to view the assets involved. On this page you can check the following:

    • Job list: select the drop down menu just above the image to change the job selection for the post. This will show you how the different job listing names appear in the post example.
    • Social media platform: just to the right of the job list are the icons for Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You can toggle these social media platforms to see how each will look with the post.
    • Assets used in this example: from here you can view and edit the image used for the campaign, the text template used, and the hashtags used for the campaign. 
    • Another example: select the another example refresh link to refresh the text and assets on the page to get another post example.

View Media

see a collection of all the images tagged to be used in this campaign. From the bottom of this window you can select to visit the asset library to view all your media options.

View Text Templates: This provides a card view of all your text templates that can be used in this campaign. From the bottom of this window you can select to visit the asset library to view all your media options.

View Hashtags: view all the hashtags that are eligible to be used with the tagging on this campaign. From the bottom of this window you can select to visit the asset library to view all your media options.

Post History

Select the post history tab to view all the posts published as part of this campaign. This provides a great visual of the types of posts and media content used from your asset library.
